Medical Insurance

Our medical plan provides Blue Cross & Blue Shield Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) coverage options. Coverage begins on date of hire.

Short and Long-Term Disability

STD provides salary continuation equal to 60 percent of pay up to a weekly maximum for as many as 11 weeks if you are unable to work for ten consecutive days because of a non-work related illness or injury. LTD provides salary continuation equal to 60 percent of pay up to a monthly maximum if you have been unable to work for 90 consecutive days because of a non-work related illness or injury. Employer-provided workers' compensation insurance provides coverage for work-related injuries.

401(k) Plan

The 401(k) plan offers an employer match and a full range of investment options. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the plan and may contribute up to the maximum amount permitted by IRS rules.

Leave

Employees manage their vacation and sick leave through a Paid Time Off (PTO) program. Your PTO leave accrual rate will depend on your position and your length of service with the company.
