Vijay Suri - President and CEO
Vijay Suri, the founder and President of The Irus Group, brings over 20 years of experience designing and implementing large and complex business intelligence and corporate performance management solutions using OLAP, Data Warehousing and ERP technologies. Prior to starting The Irus Group, Inc., he served in various management positions at Fannie Mae, Information Resources Incorporated (IRI Software) and Oracle Corporation. Mr. Suri developed the "Iterative Prototyping Development Approach" (IPDA) Methodology for implementing OLAP and Data Warehousing Projects. Under his guidance, The Irus Group has emerged as a market leader in the Business Intelligence and Analytics community, as well as a global firm offering large-scale, turn-key solutions.
Mr. Suri holds an MBA from Alabama A&M University, Huntsville, AL, a graduate of the Leadership Development Program from the University of Maryland, College Park, MD, and a graduate from the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management Program (HBS-OPM 37), a comprehensive multi-year program helping global business leaders understand the strategic and tactical challenges and opportunities associated with owning, running, and sustaining a profitable enterprise.
Ray Piluso - Vice President, Operations & Business Development
As Vice President, Ray Piluso serves as the firm's Operations Executive leading and implementing company growth initiatives, delivery operations plans, business development, sales and marketing strategies. Mr. Piluso leads and executes business growth through organic business capture and supports strategic teaming initiatives. He began his career in the U.S. Army and transferred to private industry to lead technology implementation for a large-scale Defense program.
Mr. Piluso is a senior operations and sales executive with more that 19 years of information technology solutions experience that span from small to large enterprise environments. Holding various leadership positions, Mr. Piluso has a proven record of building teams that have earned reputations for quality excellence, solution delivery and customer satisfaction. Companies he has worked at, before joining the firm, include the Advanced Technology, Inc., PRC, Inc., Cameron Run Group, Inc., Compaq Computer, and Hewlett-Packard, Inc. In addition to 19 years experience in the private sector, Mr. Piluso currently serves in the U.S. Army Reserve. With over 28 years of total military service, Mr. Piluso brings operational, managerial, and technical experience, including assignments around the globe.
Mr. Piluso holds a B.S. degree from University of Southern Colorado, along with multiple certifications from various technology companies.
Jim Selsor - Director, Business Operations, Federal DoD
Jim Selsor is a senior level information software solutions and technology director with a proven record of building teams that earn reputations for excellence in product delivery and customer satisfaction. Mr. Selsor leads a team of experienced business intelligence professionals with the skills to perform critical business analytic functions within the Federal marketplace. Managing projects in DoD budgeting, financial project management, information assurance and knowledge management; delivering on-time, on-budget solutions that radically improve customer business processes. In addition to 19 years experience in the private sector, including Oracle Corporation and GRC International, Mr. Selsor retired from the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel with operational, managerial, and technical experience, including seven years at the Pentagon and three years teaching mathematics at West Point.
Mr. Selsor has a B.S. from West Point, an M.S. from the Naval Postgraduate School, and an MBA from Long Island University.
